Why is this called a TeddyMouse? I was trying out some plain buns for dad's lunar birthday when I recalled seeing this in HappyHomebaking's blog. So I made a few to show Nataniel but I gave all to parents and he was upset. Last sunday, when I had some dough left after making the chicken pau, Nataniel asked for some dough to make his mouse again. This was made by him and so the mouse was named TeddyMouse.
