I don't know how they tasted, but the children like them. Pairing the cuppies with Chantilly cream was a spontaneous thought. Decorating them with strawberries liven them up and I think they looked more tempting this way.

Pleasing to the senses

Oreo Time
Before school closed, Nataniel came back from school and informed me that he had put in his contributing food item for the class party and that is cupcake. Naturally he received reprimanding from his brother for being a show off as the latter had never initiated any in his six years in school. Nicholas is a very thoughtful child so he'll not impose on me to bake for school functions. This cupcake was triggered by Wen's blog. It was really simple and was completed in a short time. I had them done in smaller cups as I figure there would be other food as well.
