A loaf of bread

After my prima brand breadmaker was laid to rest in peace, I had stopped making loaves. Yet on many occassions, I was so tempted to make bread as father and Nicholas are bread lovers. With this new machine, I have succeeded in making this recipe modified from Happy Homebaker's Hokkaido milk loaf. This machine saved me lots of time as I don't need to be around for the proving and baking because I would be chauffeuring the kids.
