Last saturday while shopping in Isetan Orchard Supermarket, I saw this japanese butter on offer. I quickly grabbed two blocks as I had been eyeing on this. Having tried my hands at several brands of butter, I have always wanted to try the japanese one. This brand of butter is easy to beat till fluffy stage without running, despite our hot and humid weather.
The resulting bake is smooth and soft, though a little oilier.
