They were displayed on the same shelf and without looking carefully, I grabbed a bottle and left. I presumed that bottle was blueberry jam. When I needed it to mix into my chiffon batter, I realised that it labelled 'Cassis Jam'. What on earth was that? I tasted it, it tasted great and in went the jam into my chiffon cake. In any case, I still have a great tasting two-toned chiffon.I make a check in the internet after and seemed that it is blackcurrant jam. What a name!
