This is a recipe from Chef Daniel Tay and he kindly demonstrated it during a class last year when I requested him. However, this time round, the Brioche bread was made from Chef Audrey's recipe.
These are really yummy! With almond cream underneath all the almond flakes, one bite is really not enough.
