These are the bakes that Aunty Yochana taught today. Nicholas loves them all, especially the Ham and Tuna bread. I like the QQ mochi ball as it is chewy but not sticky at all. It's rather uncommon. The dough for the Mexican buns is different from the one taught by Richard and Mrs. Ng. This employs the use of a sponge dough and it resulted in a soft and fluffy bread. The Fruity Bread tastes good too. It is aromatic on its own and I think this is very healthy for parents because it's eggless. The next task is to do the dough right!
