What a nice surprise! Took out the roll to cut this morning and discovered that the roll has fixed its shape and became much rounder. So, I didn't freeze it long enough for it to get the shape the night before. Aunty Yochana also adviced me to lessen the kaya spread.
Another recipe from the class on September 14th at Aunty Yochana's place. Definitely not as round as hers but I'm satisfied that I could roll it without breaking. Should try to make few more round for practise and I NEED MY CAMERA BACK!!!!!!
