SH loves to eat cheese cake, and so does her family. She loves the kind that "melts in the mouth like the miki ojisan" type and I was tasked to reproduce something similar in taste and texture. I'm more than happy to do that because what she likes to eat, Nicholas likes too, even though he's my flesh and blood. This is made from a different recipe and it's really nice. Nicholas has tested he loves this. So this will be the recipe for SH for the upcoming cheese cake.
