I'm very happy with my tarts. At least they looked proper, did not shrink or any otherwise. Thanks very much to Chef Daniel for the tip when he demo-ed the Pecan pie, which I can apply to making this recipe from Valarie. I'd been procrastinating on making her tarts since last doing the fruit tarts, but with this, I'm encouraged to make more variety.
