The recipe came from a Blog 'Jane's Corner'. Apart from the standard Japanese Cheese cake, this appeared to be something unusual, with Mango Nectar added. I wondered initially what was this Mango Nectar till I came across a packet drink from 7D mango with a similar name.I prefer the original taste. Somehow the packet drink doesn't give justice to the flavour of the fruit itself. The cakes had been divided and send to different siblings. But I think I'll hear them saying ' I prefer the original cheese cake'. I'll just wait and see.
