I lost my baking fervor for a while. Totally exhausted and lacking in keenness. Having both children in the morning school is unexpectedly tiring. Just as I need a cup of coffee to start the day, I'd chosen to bake this Espresso Chiffon cake to initiate the momentum of baking again.
